Digital Orders
The large bulk of items that we advertise on this web site are only offered by a members area download.

That means you will be given complete access to a private members area, your login details is provided to you after you buy the product and these details will be emailed to you.

You might need to check your spam folder in case any login information have diverted there.

Physical Product Orders
If you buy a product that is to be shipped using postal mail, the product will be shipped via the following delivery carriers:

  • USPS Media Mail
  • USPS First Class Mail International

The delivery times in the United States are: Approximately 2 business days for order processing and as many as 10 business days for delivery via USPS Media Mail.

The shipping times internationally are: As many as 2 business days for order processing and up to 15 business days for shipment via USPS First Class Mail International.

Refunds

Full refunds on physical product products will be released when an order is returned. Returns are required to first be authorized by us and then sent to the warehouse address as directed in response to your return request. Please note that the consumer will bear return shipping costs.

Digital product reimbursements can be made by emailing consumer support with your invoice details.

Physical Item Terminations

We understand that in some cases things change so we have a 24-hour ‘cooling down’ period where consumers can terminate their physical product orders and be reimbursed INSTANTLY. To do this you can contact us.

Tracking My Parcel

As soon as your purchase has been processed and also despatched, we will send you a tracking web link for your order. This will be sent to the e-mail you entered for joining within 3 service days.
